Order Cancellation

Cancellation before Dispatch:

  • Customers may cancel their orders before the goods have been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +372 56 248 888. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation after Dispatch:

  • If the goods have already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, customers will need to follow the return process outlined below.

Returns

Return Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to our warehouse.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Condition of Returned Items

The returned items must be in their original packaging and must include all original accessories, documentation, and parts. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return and no refund will be provided.

Refunds
