Order Pickup
- Pick up orders at Vesse 4a, Tallinn, Mon-Fri, 9:00 – 17:00.
Returns & Warranty
- Return defective goods with original documents and purchase invoice.
- Customer is responsible for goods until arrival at the warehouse.
- Original packaging required for service/repair.
Warranty Period
- Service within 14-21 days, up to 45 days if parts are ordered from abroad.
Exclusions
- Damage from misuse, improper storage/installation, customer fault, natural disasters, foreign objects, uncertified accessories, or interference.
- Software issues and normal wear items like batteries and bulbs.
- Lack of purchase documentation or manufacturer’s documents.
